HOUSE BILL NO. 440 by Representative Anderson, entitled:                                            
                                                                                                    
    "An Act relating to requiring motor vehicle insurers to submit                                  
    insurance information to the Department of Administration to                                    
    monitor compliance with mandatory motor vehicle insurance                                       
    requirements; setting a fee for administration of the program;                                  
    limiting the use of information provided; and establishing
